Return & Refund Policy: We are committed to your satisfaction with BrainiBooks. If our SaaS product does not meet your expectations, our refund policy is outlined below.

30-day money-back guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. Contact contact@brainibooks.com within this period and we will process your refund.

Eligibility: Ensure you have used the product in accordance with our Terms of Service and raised any issues with support first. Refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals; only the initial purchase is covered.

Refund process: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.

Section 5 — Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your BrainiBooks subscription at any time by emailing contact@brainibooks.com with the subject "Request for Subscription Cancellation". Upon confirmation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of the subscription.

Section 6 — Third-party Services

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide. Certain providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
